What is the difference between Dunlop Purofort and Acifort?

They are two different boot materials. Purofort is Dunlop's lightweight material with thermal insulation and shock absorption, used on the premium wellingtons. Acifort is Dunlop's blend of PVC, nitrile rubber and polymers, a tougher everyday material with added resistance to fuel and acids.

What is the difference between S4 and S5 wellingtons?

Both have a 200 joule safety toe cap and a waterproof build. S5 adds a penetration-resistant midsole and a cleated outsole, so choose S5 for site and farm work where nails and sharp debris are a risk. Most of the Dunlop wellingtons we list are S5.

Which Dunlop wellingtons are insulated for cold work?

Dunlop rates the Purofort Professional and Purofort+ for insulation down to minus 20C, and the Purofort Thermo+ and Snugboot Workpro down to minus 50C. The product page gives the temperature rating where Dunlop states one.

Does Dunlop make a metatarsal wellington?

Yes. The Acifort MetGUARD Full Safety has tested metatarsal and ankle protection, with a steel toe cap and midsole.

Does Dunlop make safety trainers?
