Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 April 2026
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Safety-Shoes.co.uk website (safety-shoes.co.uk) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Safety-Shoes.co.uk is a trading name of Abacus Repro Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04971774, with its registered office at Unit 27 Rockhaven Business Centre, Longhedge, Salisbury, SP4 6RT.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate (where we are VAT registered). We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Product images are for illustration purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography.
Where there is a material change in our supply costs between the time you place an order and the time we are able to dispatch it (for example a manufacturer price increase, a change in duties or a change in exchange rates), we may need to revise the price of your order. If this happens, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the revised price or to cancel for a full refund. We will never increase the price of an order after dispatch.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Delivery
Please refer to our Delivery Informationpage for full details on delivery timescales and costs. We coordinate with the UK distribution arm of each brand we carry to fulfil orders from their stock. Every product arrives as official UK channel stock with the brand's full warranty intact.
All delivery dates and timescales quoted on the website, in your order confirmation or in any other communication are estimates only and not guaranteed. Time of delivery is not of the essence of the contract. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet the quoted timescales and will keep you informed of any material delay.
We ask that you inspect your order on arrival. If anything is missing, damaged in transit or appears to be the wrong item, please contact us as soon as you can and in any event within a reasonable time. Prompt notification helps us resolve issues quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods, which are not affected by these terms.
Pre-order, made-to-order, personalised or specially-sourced items (including products marked as "Pre-Order", "Next Delivery" or supplied to your specific requirements) are subject to your 14-day statutory cancellation right only and are not covered by the additional 30-day goodwill returns window described in our Returns Policy. Your statutory rights in respect of faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming goods are unaffected.
6. Product Safety and Compliance
All safety footwear sold on this website is certified to relevant EN ISO standards (typically EN ISO 20345 for safety footwear and EN ISO 20347 for occupational footwear). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product selected is appropriate for their intended use and workplace risk assessment.
7. Events Beyond Our Control

This includes (without limitation) acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic, war or civil unrest, industrial action, failure of public or private telecommunications or transport networks, the acts or omissions of carriers or third-party suppliers, supplier insolvency, or interruptions to manufacturing or supply chains.
If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to let you know and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. Where the event materially affects your order, you may cancel any unfulfilled part of the order for a full refund. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Limitation of Liability
