How Our Delivery Works
Safety-Shoes.co.uk operates on a just-in-time delivery model. Rather than holding large amounts of stock in a warehouse, we work directly with our manufacturing and distribution partners to fulfil your order. This keeps our prices competitive and ensures you receive products direct from the source.
Delivery Timescales
In-Stock Items
Items showing as "In Stock" are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days and delivered within 3-7 working days from order confirmation.
Pre-Order / Out of Stock Items
Where a product shows a "Next Delivery" date, this is the expected date the item will be available at our supply partner. Delivery to you will follow within 3-7 working days of that date.
Please Note
We do not offer next-day delivery. Our just-in-time model means delivery times may vary depending on stock availability at our supply partners. We will always keep you informed of your order status via email.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man, please contact us as additional charges may apply. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
