Delivery Timescales
In-Stock Items
Items showing as "In Stock" are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days and delivered within 3-7 working days from order confirmation.
Pre-Order / Out of Stock Items
Where a product shows a "Next Delivery" date, this is the expected date the item will be available at our supply partner. Delivery to you will follow within 3-7 working days of that date.
Please Note
We do not offer next-day delivery. All delivery dates and timescales quoted on the website or in your order confirmation are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier stock levels and courier performance. We will always keep you informed of your order status by email and do everything we reasonably can to meet quoted timescales.
Events Beyond Our Control
Delivery may occasionally be delayed by events outside our reasonable control, for example severe weather, courier disruption, manufacturing or supply-chain interruptions, or industrial action. If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible and, where the delay is material, you may cancel any unfulfilled part of your order for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Damaged or Missing on Arrival
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is missing, damaged in transit or looks like it might be the wrong item, contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and where possible keep the original packaging and photograph any damage. Prompt notification helps us resolve issues quickly. This is a request rather than a deadline and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or Isle of Man, please contact us as additional charges may apply. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where available. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.
