Read the S-rating to match the boot to the job. S1P adds a penetration-resistant midsole and an antistatic build for dry indoor work, S3 adds water resistance and a cleated outsole for outdoor and wet conditions, and the newer S7 rating signals a waterproof, fully specified boot.
