What we do
Safety-Shoes.co.uk exists to make buying safety footwear simple and fair. We carry 24 of the UK's leading safety footwear brands — Portwest, Caterpillar, Timberland Pro, Magnum, Amblers Safety, Skechers Work, Dr Martens Industrial and more — all under one checkout.
Every product on site meets the relevant European safety standard (EN ISO 20345, 20346, 20347 or 20349). We don't sell casual footwear dressed up as PPE, and we don't stock anything that isn't certified for the job.
We operate on a just-in-time model. When you place an order, it is picked and dispatched by our manufacturing and distribution partners in the UK. That keeps our overheads small, our range wide, and our prices honest.

Why direct-to-consumer?
Traditional safety footwear retail is stacked with intermediaries. A boot that costs the manufacturer twenty pounds to produce often passes through two or three hands before reaching the worker who will wear it — each taking a margin, none adding value.
We cut that chain. By connecting buyers directly with manufacturers and official UK distributors, we keep the range broad, the overheads low, and the prices fair. No giant warehouse tying up stock. No regional rep commission baked into the price.
The trade-off is that we don't offer same-day dispatch. Orders go out within a couple of working days, arriving in 3 to 5 working days in total. If that works for you, we think you'll find us a refreshingly direct way to buy your next pair of boots.
