Each Centek style states its own rating on its product page. Ratings run from SB and S1 up to S3, with penetration-resistant midsoles and antistatic builds on the P-rated styles, so you can match the protection to your worksite.
Centek offers both steel toecaps and metal-free composite builds. The composite and fibreglass styles, with their non-metallic midsoles, are lighter underfoot and pass cleanly through metal detectors, which suits logistics, food work and security screening. Steel keeps the cost down for general duties.
