How do I know which size to order?

Sizes shown are EU sizes with the equivalent UK size beneath each button. If you sit between two sizes, most safety boots run true to size, but if you intend to wear thicker work socks (or orthotic insoles) sizing up by half a size is sensible. See our full size guide for brand-specific notes.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation. Delivery is free on orders over £75. Orders under that threshold carry a £5.95 shipping charge. We do not currently offer next-day delivery.

Can I return them if they do not fit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unworn boots in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Try them on indoors, on carpet, before going outside. Once a boot has been worn outside the sole shows wear and we cannot accept the return.
