The Trencher puts metatarsal protection inside the boot rather than bolting it on top. Its internal guard is made with Poron XRD technology, designed for comfort while doing the same job as a less flexible external metatarsal boot. The non metallic build has a 200 joule composite toe cap and composite reinforced midsole, with a water resistant leather upper, waterproof membrane lining and breathable Thinsulate membrane lining. Rated S3 WR M SRC HRO with a sole heat resistant to 300°C, it suits winter groundwork.
