How do I know which size to order?

Sizes shown are EU sizes with the equivalent UK size beneath each button. If you sit between two sizes, most safety boots run true to size, but if you intend to wear thicker work socks (or orthotic insoles) sizing up by half a size is sensible. See our full size guide for brand-specific notes.

How long does delivery take?

Despatch times differ by line. Items held in our own stock and ordered before 1pm on a working day are despatched the same working day. Selected brands including Portwest and Base Protection are despatched the next working day when ordered by 4pm. Most other orders are despatched within 3 to 5 working days of confirmation, and extended-range lines show a longer lead time on their own page. Courier transit after despatch is typically one to two working days. We do not offer a guaranteed next-day delivery service, and all timescales are estimates. Delivery is free on orders over £75; orders under that threshold carry a £5.95 shipping charge.

Can I return them if they do not fit?

Yes. Unworn boots in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Try them on indoors, on carpet, before going outside. Once a boot has been worn outside the sole shows wear and we cannot accept the return.

Here is a non-metallic take on the PU and rubber soled site boot. A 200 joule composite toe cap and composite midsole replace steel, the leather upper is water resistant, and the sole is heat resistant to 300°C as well as oil resistant and slip resistant. Comfort comes from a shock absorber heel and a honeycomb gel heel insole. Anti-static and rated S3 SRC HRO, it suits general site work, damp ground and hot surfaces, in sizes 3 to 12.
