The DeWalt Lander is the brand's BOA dial hiker: a water-resistant leather upper over a composite toecap and composite midsole, cut on a wider fit, with the BOA fit system replacing laces so the boot goes on, tightens and comes off in seconds. It is available in Stone nubuck and Black full grain leather, and both are ESD rated.
Metal-free protection at toe and underfoot, so the boot stays lighter and does not conduct cold.

The Lander is the boot in the DeWalt range built around convenience as much as protection. The BOA fit system uses a steel lace and a micro-adjustable dial, so the fit is even across the whole foot and can be tuned with gloves on. Underneath, DeWalt specifies a composite toecap and composite midsole, a scuff guard over the toe, and a PU and rubber outsole it describes as rated for ladder grip, fuel oil resistance, slip resistance and heat resistance to 300 degrees celsius. The boot is also ESD rated, which matters if you work near sensitive electronics or in an environment with static controls.
Two uppers are available: Stone nubuck and Black full grain leather, both described by DeWalt as water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, so for standing water look at the waterproof safety boots collection instead.
