Safety footwear certified to EN ISO 20345
The DeWalt Cutter is the brand's entry-level sports safety trainer: a lightweight synthetic and mesh upper, a steel toecap, a padded tongue and collar and a cushioned Phylon and rubber outsole. It is the style to pick when you need certified toe protection in a trainer that feels like a trainer, for warehouse, workshop, delivery and light site work.
Steel toecap protection, as specified by DeWalt. This style has toe protection only, with no midsole plate, so check the certification on the product page against your site rules.
Synthetic and mesh upper with a padded tongue and collar, built to be worn all day without the weight of a leather boot.
One of the widest size runs in the DeWalt range, in Black and Grey, available to order now.
Free UK delivery on orders over £75.
Safety trainers have taken over from boots in a lot of indoor and dry-site roles, and the Cutter is DeWalt's plainest take on the format. The upper is a lightweight synthetic and mesh build with an anti-scuff toe guard, the toe is protected by a steel cap, and the Phylon and rubber outsole is the sort of cushioned sole you would expect on a running shoe. DeWalt lists steel toe protection only for this style, which means no penetration-resistant midsole; that is fine for warehouses, workshops and vehicles, and not the right choice where nails and sharp debris underfoot are a live risk.
If you want the same brand with a midsole plate, the Laser and the Apprentice are the boots to look at in the wider DeWalt range.
