Safety footwear certified to EN ISO 20345
The Spider Exo is Magnum's high leg waterproof boot, built for long shifts where the weather does not cooperate. A composite safety toe and composite plate keep the protection non-metallic and scanner safe, the M-P.A.C.T Response insole absorbs the shock, and a Michelin outsole does the gripping. We carry it as the 6.0 mid height boot and the 8.0 high leg, certified to EN ISO 20345 S7L.
Whole-boot water resistance under EN ISO 20345, rather than a water repellent upper alone.
A non-metallic toecap and penetration-resistant insert, antistatic and scanner safe.
A super traction Michelin rubber outsole, with a protective toe guard across the front of the boot.
Available as the 6.0 mid height boot and the 8.0 high leg, with the small size run stocked separately.
The Spider Exo is the waterproof end of the Magnum range. Magnum describes it as a high leg waterproof boot built for protection and all day comfort, and the specification backs that up: a composite safety toe and composite plate, a fast wicking lining for moisture management, a padded collar and a protective toe guard across the front. The M-P.A.C.T Response insole is the part wearers tend to notice, absorbing shock across a full shift.
The S7L rating is worth understanding. Under EN ISO 20345 the S7 classes cover water resistance across the whole boot rather than a treated upper alone, and the L suffix means the penetration-resistant insert is non-metallic rather than a steel midsole. Combined with the composite toecap, that makes the Spider Exo antistatic with no steel in its protective parts. It sits in the wider Magnum range, alongside our waterproof safety boots and the S7 safety boots, and our size and fit guide covers Magnum fit if you are between sizes.
